1. About Tenor Markets

Tenor Markets is currently a pre-launch project.

The current website and waitlist are provided for informational, waitlist, referral, and early-access interest purposes.

At this stage, the website does not provide trading, brokerage, custody, execution, investment management, financial advisory, payment, deposit, withdrawal, or regulated financial services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or join the waitlist.

By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the site is permitted under the laws that apply to you.

We may limit access where necessary, including where access may be unlawful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Waitlist access

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in Tenor Markets, but it does not guarantee access to any future product, feature, service, allocation, launch, reward, token, points, airdrop, payment, or other benefit.

We may manage, adjust, prioritize, remove, or close waitlist entries as the project develops.

We may also update how the waitlist works, including referral rules, waitlist displays, access criteria, or eligibility requirements.

4. Waitlist names, emails, and referral names

You may be asked to provide a waitlist name, email address, and optional referral name.

You agree to provide information that is accurate for the purpose of joining the waitlist and that does not mislead, impersonate another person or organization, infringe on rights, or interfere with the waitlist.

We may adjust, remove, or decline waitlist names, referral names, waitlist entries, or related content where we believe it is inappropriate, misleading, abusive, infringing, harmful, or inconsistent with Tenor Markets.

5. Referral features

Tenor Markets may provide referral links, referral names, referral counts, waitlist pages, or similar features as part of the waitlist.

Referral features are intended to support early community growth and may be changed, limited, recalculated, paused, or removed as needed.

Referral links, referral counts, waitlist positions, or similar features do not guarantee access, priority, rewards, tokens, points, airdrops, payments, or any other benefit.

If Tenor Markets introduces a referral-fee program, referral benefits will accrue only from eligible fees actually generated and received from qualifying activity by a referred user, subject to the applicable referral program terms. Referral links, signups, referral counts, and inactive accounts do not themselves create a right to payment.

Tenor Markets may withhold, reverse, suspend, or terminate referral benefits resulting from fraud, manipulation, fake or duplicate accounts, prohibited automation, circumvention of program restrictions, unlawful activity, technical error, or other conduct that we reasonably determine in good faith materially undermines the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the referral program.

6. Email communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree that Tenor Markets may send you emails related to your waitlist entry, verification, referral link, product updates, launch updates, and related announcements.

You may ask to stop receiving non-essential updates by contacting:

We may still send service-related messages, such as verification, account, security, or administrative emails.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

Any information on the site is provided for general informational and pre-launch purposes only.

You should not rely on the site as a recommendation to trade, hedge, invest, use leverage, enter into derivatives, use digital assets, use any protocol, or make any financial decision.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult appropriate professional advisers where necessary.

8. No offer or solicitation

Nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, invitation, or financial promotion to buy, sell, trade, hold, hedge, use, or otherwise transact in any asset, token, derivative, contract, protocol, product, or financial instrument.

Joining the waitlist does not create any right to access or use a future product.

9. Financial and crypto risk disclaimer

Digital assets, derivatives, perpetual contracts, funding rates, leverage, smart contracts, and related financial products can involve significant risk.

Future Tenor Markets products, if launched, may involve risks including market risk, liquidity risk, volatility risk, smart contract risk, oracle risk, protocol risk, execution risk, liquidation risk, regulatory risk, technical failure, and loss of funds.

The current waitlist site does not provide a live trading service.

Any future product may be subject to separate or updated terms, eligibility requirements, risk disclosures, restrictions, and legal review.

10. No client or advisory relationship

Using the site or joining the waitlist does not create a client, customer, broker, adviser, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, or similar relationship between you and Tenor Markets.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the site;
• interfere with the site’s operation;
• submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful information;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• manipulate referrals or create fake entries;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• use the site for spam, fraud, scraping, or unlawful activity;
• attack, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the site or related infrastructure.
• We may restrict, remove, or block access where we believe these Terms have been violated or where it is necessary to protect the site, users, or Tenor Markets.

12. Third-party services

The site may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, database services, domain services, infrastructure, security, and related operations.

Those services may have their own terms, policies, availability limits, or security practices. Tenor Markets is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, terms, or actions.

Your use of third-party sign-in providers, such as Google, may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Intellectual property

The Tenor Markets name, branding, website design, copy, graphics, interface elements, product concepts, and related materials belong to Tenor Markets or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Tenor Markets branding or materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

14. Availability and changes

The site is provided on a pre-launch basis.

It may be updated, paused, restricted, discontinued, or unavailable from time to time as the project develops.

We may update the website, waitlist, referral system, features, emails, policies, or these Terms as needed.

15. Beta and early-access features

If Tenor Markets later provides beta, preview, test, or early-access features, those features may still be incomplete, unstable, experimental, restricted, or subject to change.

We may modify, suspend, withdraw, or limit beta or early-access features at any time.

Access to any beta or early-access feature does not guarantee access to future versions, production products, rewards, tokens, points, airdrops, or other benefits.

16. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or available at all times.

We also do not guarantee that the waitlist, referral system, authentication flow, emails, or future product plans will operate without errors, interruptions, delays, or changes.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenor Markets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, business, or expected benefits arising from or related to your use of the site, waitlist, referral features, or related pre-launch pages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Future product terms

If Tenor Markets launches a live product, application, protocol, trading interface, financial feature, crypto-related service, or other product, that product may be governed by separate or updated terms, risk disclosures, eligibility requirements, and policies.

Joining the current waitlist does not mean you are eligible to use any future product.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Tenor Markets develops.

If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
